These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

1 The contract between us

For products more than Php 10,000, a minimum of P3,000 deposit or payment in full is required. Where deposit has been paid, the balance is due 5 days before the date the order is collected or delivered. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

2 Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock, to change your order or to cancel your order.

3 Price

We will notify you via email the prices payable for goods that you order.

4 Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm your order and e-mail you again to confirm details.

5 Delivery charges

A minimum of Php500 worth of order can avail of our free delivery on areas within Malaybalay City and Valencia City only. For areas outside Malaybalay and Valencia City, our delivery charges vary according to the delivery address.

 

6 Delivery.

• We need at least 5 days notice for any deliveries. You must indicate on the order form the time in which you wish for us to deliver your order. For wedding cake orders we ask for an indicative time which we will aim to deliver by but we reserve the right to contact the customer or the venue to agree to amend the time if necessary

• We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver (for example with a neighbor). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed.

7 Cancellation rights

As our cakes and other food products are made to order and personalized to your specifications, orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been made. However, should you wish to change or cancel your order at any time please contact us immediately and we will do our best to meet your needs.

8 Cancellation by us

• We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

  • we do not deliver to your area; or

• If we do cancel our contract we will notify you by phone or e-mail and will refund any payments you've already made.
